Job Summary

The Director of Nursing (DON) position at Vantage at Lowell leads clinical operations, coordinates resident care, and ensures quality outcomes. DONs provide hands‑on leadership, policy oversight, and staff supervision in a skilled nursing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with hands‑on leadership
• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay Range: $125k-$135k

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• 5+ years long‑term care experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
