Director of Nursing: Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Reliant Management seeks a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in a California Skilled Nursing Facility. You will plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

You will interview, hire and train staff, coordinate care, ensure proper assessments and staffing, and provide on-call leadership while maintaining regulatory compliance across all shifts.
