Director of Nursing (DON)

A skilled nursing facility in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is committed to providing quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting staff development.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Current CPR certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• $130,000–$140,000 annual salary
