Your Role:

Qualifications:
An active Illinois Registered Nurse (Illinois) license is required
Proven nursing leadership experience, preferably as a DON or ADON
Strong communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills
In‑depth knowledge of SNF regulations, care planning, and quality standards
