In this role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, maintain regulatory standards, and help drive exceptional care for residents.
Salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida RN license
At least 3 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience
Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build and motivate a team
