REQUIREMENTS

• Valid and active RN license
• Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
• Encompass a “patient care first” belief and puts those beliefs into practice
• Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
