What You'll Do

As the Director of Nursing DON, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department. You'll ensure exceptional resident care while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the nursing team
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Driving quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Managing staffing, clinical operations, and nursing services
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care
• Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability

What We’re Looking For in a DON

Required Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for caring for seniors and developing high-performing teams
