We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience
- Current RN license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with staffing, care planning, audits, and survey readiness preferred
