Clinical Leadership: Direct and supervise all daily nursing operations and resident care services.

Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate nurses and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and update active treatment and medical care plans for residents.
Quality Assurance: Lead infection control, safety, and quality improvement programs within the facility.
