Tobin & Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join the leadership team of a newly renovated, forward-thinking Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation community in the Stow/Cuyahoga Falls area.

Ideal Candidate:
- Current, unrestricted Ohio RN license
- Proven DON leadership experience in SNF/LTC
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, staffing, and survey readiness
- Effective leader, coach, and team builder
- Vent expertise highly preferred
- BSN preferred
