Lead and inspire the nursing team at our Carlyle facility as the Director of Nursing . This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting compassionate, resident-centered care throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and ongoing staff development
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and nursing best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
