Director of Nursing – 24/7 Resident Care Leader

Sweetwater Care is seeking an RN nurse supervisor to manage Nursing Services and oversee the nursing department in accordance with physician orders and company standards.

The role requires current RN licensure in the state, a nursing degree, and at least two years of supervisory experience, with five years in health care preferred. The position includes 24-hour supervision and collaboration with administrators and staff.
