Director of Nurse Led Home Care and Operations

Wellspring Personal Care is a private-duty home care agency licensed by IDPH as a home service/home nursing agency based in Chicago. We are independently owned and have been in business for 35 years. We provide care for older adults and people with disabilities. Our caseload is small, under 25 clients. We are looking for a Director of Nurse Led Home Care and Operations. Wellspring believes strongly that nursing is a critical, but underutilized part of high quality home care. We are looking for a nurse who can help us expand our current program. We need a nurse who enjoys training and supervising CNA’s, likes being in a community setting, building relationships with clients and their families, is invested in quality outcomes and has a sense of humor.

Our administrative staff includes a medical director, a social worker, staffing coordinator and a business manager. We are small but on a mission.
