Leading the development of a comprehensive telemetry architecture, the full-time remote Director of Network Intelligence will manage AI/ML diagnostic platforms and oversee the Technology & Architecture Lab to enhance network operations and customer experience. Key responsibilities Design and own the end-to-end telemetry architecture integrating various network elements into cloud analytics platforms Build and operate the Technology & Architecture Lab for vendor evaluation, device certification, and proof-of-concept testing Lead cross-functional teams to operationalize predictive diagnostics and improve network observability across access and core domains Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years of experience in network engineering, intelligence, telemetry, or related telecommunications technology Expert-level knowledge of Wi-Fi architecture and diagnostics, including 802.11ax/be (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) Proven experience designing telemetry and diagnostic platforms for millions of managed devices Hands-on experience with network telemetry standards and cloud analytics platforms
