Director of Network Development

To build and scale a caregiver and provider network, the full-time remote Director of Network Development will own the strategy and execution of market prioritization, outreach, and partnership development while managing a small team of network builders. Key responsibilities Own the strategy and playbook for building and scaling the backup care network, including market prioritization and expansion sequencing Lead grassroots outreach to local providers and manage end-to-end partnerships, ensuring a reliable caregiver network Track network health metrics and adjust outreach tactics based on data analysis to meet coverage and fill-rate goals Required qualifications 6+ years of experience building networks or partnerships in a marketplace or gig-economy business Proven track record of setting market-prioritization and expansion strategies while personally opening new markets Experience recruiting and vetting service providers or caregivers at scale Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners Experience managing or mentoring a small team with clear accountability for goals
