Director of Music Ministry (Part-Time)

Western Presbyterian Church and Church of the Pilgrims are seeking a Director of Music Ministry for our Shared Ministry. We are two congregations worshiping together each Sunday in creative ways. We love to sing and make music together and we’re looking for a leader who likes to try new things, build community, proclaim justice and love, and have fun making music with a fabulous crew of volunteer and professional musicians.

The Director of Music Ministry is currently a part-time salaried position (12-16 hours per week), reporting to the pastor. The salary range is $24,000 – $28,000. We provide space in kind for rehearsals, lessons, and other activities. The position provides for four weeks of vacation (4 Sundays). The position provides a modest budget for Continuing Education and/or Professional Development.
