Director of Multifamily Property Operations

Bullpen is seeking a Head of Property Management to oversee its Los Angeles multifamily platform. The role covers maintenance, renovations, leasing, administration, technology, and financial performance.

You’ll lead the operations team, implement scalable workflows, and drive data-driven decisions to support growth. Ideal candidates have extensive multifamily experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in budgeting and reporting; Spanish is a plus.
