Director of Multi-Site Maintenance & Operations

Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across our restaurant portfolio, ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency.

This role oversees internal teams and external vendors, drives R&M strategy and budgeting, and partners with Operations, Development, and Brand teams for remodels and new builds. Travel will be required (25–40%) to support multi-market sites and capital projects.
