Echoes Church is seeking an Executive Director of Ministries to guide spiritual growth and nurture ministry health within a fast-growing church.

You'll provide strategic and pastoral leadership across adult discipleship, care ministries, pastoral development, and partnerships, investing in both people and leaders. The role helps the church prepare for its next season while remaining rooted in Scripture.
