Director of Microbial R&D and Strain Engineering

Surf Search is seeking a Senior Manager / Director, R&D to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on engineering microbial production platforms and recombinant strain technologies.

You will translate business goals into research plans, oversee programs from concept to development, mentor staff, and collaborate with Fermentation, Process Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to enable scalable commercial production.
