Director of Membership & Engagement

The YMCA of Greater San Francisco is seeking a Membership Director to lead membership growth and retention by coordinating sales, marketing, communications, and staff development. This role ensures a seamless member experience from first contact through ongoing engagement.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and availability for full-time work Mon–Fri with occasional evenings or weekends.
