Director of Member Experience & Retention

YMCA of the USA in Wichita is searching for a Director of Membership & Retention. This role focuses on enhancing membership retention through strategic engagement with staff and the community. The director will ensure service quality and lead continuous training efforts to promote a culture of excellence.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of management experience, ideally in customer service or hospitality. This position requires hands-on leadership and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
