Director of Medical School Admissions & Strategy

The Benedictine College School of Osteopathic Medicine – Office of Admissions seeks a Director of Admission to lead the DO program's recruitment, selection, and enrollment efforts. You will ensure COCA compliance, utilize data-driven decisions, and align strategies with institutional mission.

You will oversee the full admissions lifecycle, interview processes, and budget, guiding a team of 3–5 admissions staff and collaborating with the Dean and Admissions Committee.
