Leading the Medical Affairs efforts for a relevant therapeutic portfolio, the full-time Director of Medical Review will oversee the Medical and Promotional Review processes, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance for promotional materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary leader within Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Medical Review Committee (MRC) processes, providing strategic scientific guidance Establish review standards and oversee the medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance and scientific rigor Drive initiatives to optimize review processes and enhance operational effectiveness through digital and AI-enabled solutions Required Qualifications Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent in life sciences) 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with significant involvement in promotional and medical review Strong knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion regulations and clinical development Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate clinical trial data and promotional claims Proven leadership skills and experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders
