Director of Medical Practice NP/PA – Clinical Leader

Martin's Point Health Care is seeking a Director of Medical Practice (NP/PA) to lead primary care clinicians, collaborate with the care team, and drive value-based care. The DMP will oversee clinician performance, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing quality improvement at the designated site(s).

The role requires NP or PA certification, ME and NH licenses, and DEA/ACLS/BLS. 3+ years of direct patient care with leadership exposure is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
