The Director of Coding will lead the coding and auditing functions, ensuring compliant, efficient processes and optimal revenue for our facilities.
The role partners with the Compliance Officer and care centers to educate teams, monitor CMS changes, and drive KPI-driven improvements across the coding workflow.
