Director of Mechanical Engineering – Lead Design Teams & Stock Ownership

Osborn Engineering seeks a Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead our Florida-based mechanical team on a broad mix of public and private sector projects. The role is headquartered in one of our Florida offices: Tampa, Orlando, Deerfield Beach, or St. Petersburg.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in mechanical design, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills to direct multi-project efforts and mentor engineers while partnering with clients.
