Director of Mechanical Engineering — Hybrid Leader

Core States Group is seeking a Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead, coordinate and oversee all activities within the mechanical engineering discipline, with a focus on business development, sales forecasting, and financial and operational management for the mechanical team.

You will mentor staff, manage senior program managers, ensure timely delivery, and drive performance via KPIs. The role partners with the Architecture & Engineering unit to grow North America projects.
