NDM Hospitality Services seeks a Director of Marketing Technology, Data & Performance to turn systems, data, and media into revenue across Rentyl Resorts and the NDM portfolio.

You will own marketing tech, CRM, data reporting, and paid media performance, managing a multi‑million-dollar budget while mentoring a growing team and collaborating with property marketing, Revenue, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
