Director of Marketing ML Science & Optimization

Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a Director of Machine Learning Science to lead the applied science team for Marketing. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the ML systems powering bidding, capital allocation, and ROAS, partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics leadership.

You will lead scientists and managers delivering production ML at scale, ensuring measurable business impact and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
