Director of Maintenance Sales & Growth

R.P. Marzilli is seeking a Director of Sales for Maintenance to partner with the President of Maintenance to hit revenue targets.

You will analyze sales data, lead meetings, train teams, and actively participate in closing key accounts while driving new business opportunities. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in sales with 3+ in leadership, a strong track record in service industries, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
