Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance department and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, generators, and general repairs
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and proper equipment function
• Maintain repair, inspection, and warranty records
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and facility improvements
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance management experience required
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
