Director of Luxury Home Sales

Toll Brothers is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the division’s sales team in Draper, Utah. This on-site role reports to the Division President and focuses on strategic leadership, revenue growth, and talent development across luxury home offerings.

You will drive pricing, inventory, and marketing alignment while coaching a diverse team of sales consultants to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain Toll Brothers’ brand standards.
