Director of Luxury Event Experiences

Thompson Dallas is a luxury hotel located in downtown Dallas. We seek a Director of Event Services to lead daily operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, and events, coordinating with Event Planning, Culinary, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

You will oversee event setup, beverage operations, and staff development while driving service excellence, financial performance, and operational efficiency across the team.
