Director of Loss Prevention & Safety

Ross Stores is seeking a Senior Loss Prevention Director to lead shortage and accident reduction initiatives for the division. You will supervise LP teams, coordinate audits and investigations, manage budgets, and partner with the VP of Store Operations to implement safety solutions.

This hybrid role requires frequent travel and strong communication. The base salary range is $115,200–$216,600, with a comprehensive compensation package provided by Ross Stores.
