To support a growing logistics operation, the full-time salaried Director of Logistics will lead the strategy and execution of transportation and logistics across a multi-location distribution network, focusing on freight management, carrier negotiations, and cost optimization. Key responsibilities Develop and execute logistics and transportation strategy across the distribution network Analyze freight spend and carrier performance to identify opportunities for improvement Lead negotiations and performance management with strategic transportation partners Required qualifications 6+ years of progressive logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Strong knowledge of LTL and parcel transportation and carrier management Demonstrated experience managing transportation spend and negotiating agreements Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, and export logistics
