Director of Lodging Partnerships

To expand lodging supply partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Lodging Partnerships will source, structure, and close new agreements with various lodging providers while managing the entire acquisition process from initial engagement to activation. Key responsibilities Own net-new supply acquisition end to end, including sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and activating partnerships across various lodging categories Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners, tiering opportunities by revenue potential and creatively self-sourcing leads Lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, structuring commercially sound agreements and ensuring successful activation of signed deals Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or enterprise sales with a focus on acquiring new business A proven track record of sourcing and closing complex commercial agreements at scale Strong executive presence and negotiation skills, capable of leading multi-stakeholder discussions Commercial acumen with the ability to model deal economics and structure innovative terms Experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is a plus, along with existing relationships in the lodging ecosystem
