Director of Learning Design

To support the growth of a new model of learning, the full-time remote Director of Learning Design will build comprehensive training programs and materials, lead the development of educational products, and establish a team to implement the model in partner schools. Key responsibilities Design and develop the teacher training program and associated materials for the new model of learning Engage hands-on with partner schools during onboarding and define the framework for successful implementation Build and lead a team of educational professionals and support staff as the project scales Required qualifications Deep pedagogical expertise with experience in curriculum development or learning design Fluency in lean product design methodologies and strategic experimentation Real, lived contemplative experience, demonstrating a genuine connection to contemplative practices Substantial experience in education as a teacher, school leader, or similar roles Experience in directing or mentoring teams, particularly in a startup or innovative environment
