Director of Learning & OCM

To support the growth of a healthcare consulting practice, the full-time remote Director of Learning & OCM will manage operational leadership, oversee delivery governance, and enhance consultant development while ensuring quality and client satisfaction across Learning and Organizational Change Management initiatives. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day operational leadership for the Learning & OCM practice, establishing delivery governance processes and monitoring engagement health Lead resource planning and staffing strategy for Learning & OCM consultants, ensuring alignment with client needs and consultant capabilities Develop and coach Managers within the Learning & OCM practice, focusing on performance management, career growth, and building a leadership pipeline Required qualifications 8+ years of healthcare consulting or related experience in organizational change management and workforce transformation 3-5 years of experience leading complex healthcare transformation initiatives or large-scale client delivery efforts Demonstrated experience managing teams and operational leadership skills in delivery governance and resource planning Strong understanding of organizational change management, adult learning, and training operations principles Bachelor's degree in a related field
