The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputedhealthcare system in Las Vegas, NM and we are looking to hire a Director ofLaboratory to provide leadership and oversight for the Clinical Laboratory, whileensuring high-quality, patient-centered services while maintaining compliancewith professional, regulatory, and governmental standards.

What You’ll Do
- Planand oversee daily Clinical Laboratory operations
- Leadlaboratory staff and departmental activities
- Ensurequality and timely patient care
- Maintaincompliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Overseelaboratory procedures, policies, and quality initiatives
- SupportBlood Bank operations and services
- Promotea safe, efficient, and professional laboratory environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’sdegree in Laboratory Science or related field
- 5+years of Acute Care Hospital Laboratory experience; Blood Bank experiencerequired
- 3+years of supervisory or leadership experience
- MedicalTechnologist or MLT license through ASCP or equivalent body
- Strongleadership, communication, and organizational skills
