Easter Lutheran Church, Eagan is seeking a passionate and relational Director of Kids’ Ministry to lead and grow our ministry for children from birth through 5th grade, partnering with families to nurture lifelong faith. This role develops engaging faith formation experiences, equips volunteers, builds community partnerships, and creates welcoming environments where children and families can grow in their faith.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with training and experience in children’s ministry, faith formation, education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading children’s ministry or similar programming.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and encourage volunteers.
Easter tries to follow St Paul Area Synod guidelines which supports a range of compensation that is commensurate with relevant experience.
