Key responsibilities Own the global IT strategy and delivery portfolio for Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing Systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities Partner with various supply chain functions to define system capabilities and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions Lead end-to-end delivery of global planning and manufacturing initiatives, including solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus 15+ years of progressive IT experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing systems, with at least 7+ years in the apparel, retail, or consumer products industry 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including program delivery and strategic planning Experience with supply chain planning, ERP integration, data analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities Willingness to travel up to 10%-20% as required
