Responsibilities
* Lead strategy and operations of internal IT central services, reporting to the COO.
* Oversee the IT infrastructure, including network architecture, virtualization, cloud, and data center operations.
* Ensure hybrid and remote work environments deliver seamless connectivity, scalability, data integrity, and compliance.
* Lead the help‑desk team to provide top‑tier support and resolve technical issues rapidly.
* Manage corporate devices, mobile device configurations, software deployments, and updates with proper licensing.
* Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations across platforms such as Workday, Zendesk, GSuite, Slack, and Microsoft.
* Measure and analyze IT system performance using key metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement.
* Deliver exceptional service by achieving daily SLAs and ensuring high internal customer satisfaction.
* Lead post‑merger and acquisition IT integrations, aligning systems, networks, data, and platforms.
* Develop and manage the Central Services annual budget, allocate resources, and assess ROI.
* Drive innovation and adapt IT strategies to incorporate emerging technologies and evolving business needs.
* Build and develop a high‑performance team, including talent acquisition, professional development, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in IT management with deep knowledge of data, systems, security, and infrastructure.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills, with a history of aligning IT services with organizational goals.
* Proven experience managing budgets, ROI assessments, and optimizing resource allocation.
* Deep understanding of security protocols, compliance regulations, disaster recovery, and industry best practices.
* Expertise in infrastructure management, including cloud architecture (Azure), network design, virtualization (VMware), data center operations, and Windows system administration.
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and integrate new solutions into operational frameworks.
* Experience with post‑merger and acquisition integrations and standardization.
* Previous director‑level experience preferred.
Background Checks
* Pass a criminal history background check.
* Maintain a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Physical & Travel Requirements
* Periodic travel between campuses; local and in‑state travel required.
* Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
* Extended periods of sitting, phone conversations, and concentration may be required.
