Leading the Technical Account Management function, the full-time Director of IT Architecture will establish a world-class IT Client Success capability, manage a team of Technical Account Managers, and serve as the primary technology interface between the organization and its strategic clients in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and performance management for Technical Account Management staff Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for the Technical Account Management function Establish and maintain trusted relationships with strategic client technology leaders and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience 8 years of experience in IT-related roles with exposure to various technologies 5 years of leadership experience in Technical Account Management or similar areas Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology and client-facing teams Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders
