Leading the IT function that supports advertising operations, the full-time salaried Director of IT Advertising Operations will manage technical staff, oversee platform support, and translate business needs into technology strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the IT strategy and operational performance of advertising order management, CRM, and related systems Directly lead platform support analysts and technical staff, establishing priorities and maintaining support coverage Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and manage application support and incident resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field preferred Eight or more years of progressive experience in IT or enterprise applications, including three years leading technical teams Experience with integrated systems in a multi-location or enterprise environment preferred Working knowledge of APIs, data exchanges, and vendor-hosted platforms Proficiency in Agile practices and experience using Jira for project management
