Director of Internal Controls & SOX Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to own and advance internal control programs in the U.S., including SOX 404 compliance. You will oversee design and rollout of control frameworks, drive uplift transformations, and partner with finance and risk teams to ensure governance across the organization.

You will influence executive stakeholders, mentor managers, and establish metrics to measure control effectiveness and sustainability.
