Director of Internal Audit Quality & Methodology

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director, Internal Audit Professional Practices to lead the QAIP, audit methodology, and analytics programs. The role ensures alignment with IIA standards, regulatory expectations, and internal quality requirements.

You’ll oversee planning, risk assessment, and reporting frameworks while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder value across the Internal Audit function. A bachelor’s degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
