Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

What we need from you:

• 3-5+ years of experience in health, wellness initiatives, or healthcare data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy and Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Skilled in collaborating with health plans, brokers, and benefit providers
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly

The Position:

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ERISA) and best practices, maintaining the highest standards.
• Analyzes health data to identify trends, risks, and costs, helping to paint a clear picture for informed decisions.
• Stays current on industry trends and offerings, ensuring strategies are always cutting-edge and effective.
• Builds strong relationships with third-party wellness vendors, fostering strong partnerships to deliver the best solutions.
