Director of Integrated Care Learning

Leading the strategy and oversight of the cross-market Learning & Development function, the full-time remote Director of Integrated Care Learning will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective training and development for Integrated Care programs while addressing market-specific needs. Key responsibilities: Provide vision and direction for the Learning & Development function supporting Integrated Care and related programs Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, establishing priorities and performance expectations for learning initiatives Oversee the strategy and continuous improvement of curricula, learning journeys, and instructional materials to enhance learner experiences Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Five (5) years of experience in learning and development or related field required Five (5) years of leadership experience in managing teams or complex learning initiatives required Experience in developing or overseeing curriculum and structured learning programs required Healthcare or managed care experience preferred, particularly with LTSS, Medicaid, or Medicare programs
