Responsibilities
- Develop IT strategy and implement technology initiatives that align with departmental objectives.
- Regularly monitor network security and ensure systems are available and easily accessible to internal staff and external users.
- Serve as a point of contact for external IT service providers while developing contracts and establishing policies and best practices related to data and systems.
- Evaluate new technologies, recommend IT solutions, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and user experience.
- Manage technology services, such as mobile devices and email systems.
- Facilitate staff training in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Maintain websites, portals, databases, and cloud-based communications platforms.
- Ensure compliance with technology policies and regulations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology.
Salary
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
